How do I get my template?
Right after payment you're redirected to a download page, and the link is also on your receipt email. Links expire after 24 hours — email tidytally@mail.grokbot.com anytime for a fresh one.
Google Sheets or Excel?
Both. You get an .xlsx file that opens in Excel and imports into Google Sheets in two clicks, plus a PDF setup guide.
Can I use it for multiple businesses?
One license covers your own business. Reselling or redistributing the file is not allowed.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes — 14 days, no hassle. See our refund policy.
Is checkout secure?
Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see your card number.
